Boyfriends mom is rude!!!

My boyfriend and I have an 18 month old we have been together for 2.5 he owns his own business and I work part time as an insurance agent. We bought a house last year and are finically comfortable we are both 24 and have decided a few months ago to start trying to have another baby. My boyfriends mother is constantly trying to control everything she snooped through our bathroom and found my ovulation tests. She asked if we were trying and I said “why do you ask” she said she found the ovulation tests and I said yeah so what? It’s none of her business well last night we visited her in the hospital because she just had surgery. I said something about my son being up and playing in water at 8 am yesterday and kind of laughed it off. She said in front of her nurses my boyfriend his brother and wife “ oh and you want another baby” “what are you going to do when two babies wanna wake up at 8am and play in the water”. I was so embarrassed because why are you bringing this up in front of other people? It took everything in me too not freak out and tell her to mind her business. My boyfriend says he will say something to her about the way she talks to me after she’s out of the hospital. But this isn’t the first time she’s done some shit like this. She does it to his brothers wife all the time. She controls her sons and puts their significant others down all the time. I know once she’s out he won’t bring it up again. Should I say something? I don’t appreciate her talking to me like that we are adults and it’s my uterus I’ll be housing another baby. I’m just so furious. 😭
