I need advise :(

I had a miscarriage around April, after that I started taking Plan B every time I had intercourse with my boyfriend. I had one at least once a week. I stopped taking them around July but when I stopped taking them I had my period 3 times in July. My last period of July was from July 30th and it lasted until Aug 2nd. I had intercourse many times during this month with my boyfriend and I thought I’ve finally be pregnant again but I just got my period this morning :( did all of this affected my fertility? What can I do? I really want to get pregnant.
