My one month old won’t stop crying

My son turned a month old on aug 21. I’m not sure when this hit, but for some time now he will not stop crying. No matter what I do, he just won’t stop. He’ll be content for a little, but that’s it. I’ve tried swaddling (he HATES his arms being swaddles), pacifiers, milk, be burps, regular bowel movements, swinging, laying on his side/stomach, Gripe water, gas drops, I mean I feel like I’ve tried it all! I feel like he’s fighting his sleep because his eyes will get really heavy, but today he slept for a good 3-4 hours woke up and was fine for about 10-20 min, had his bottle, burped and then was just a mess shortly after that. It’s like he can’t be awake without crying and I’m going insane since I’m a single mom with no one to help me. His crying rattles my brain now and I don’t know what else to do.
