Menstrual Cup?

I’ve never been able to use tampons and i think its mostly anxiety from the thought of having a piece of cotton up my puss puss, so i’ve been thinking about menstrual cups. I know they are obvs bigger than a tampon, and id obvs have to put it in my actually vagina myself, but knowing that it will be healthier for me, and i can use it for longer makes me feel less anxiety. I don’t want to buy one for like 30 dollars and then realise it’s a no no, so advice would be appreciated:)
