Helppppp !! Getting violent cramps while having the menstrual cup !!??

Hiii i’m getting very frustrated because everyone says that menstrual cups don’t hurt and it’s been a while since I have had one, I have tried so many times to put it and every single time I put it it hurts like hell (violent cramps) and it also kinda makes me wanna poop very bad!!?? 😂🤷🏼‍♀️😩 And I’m am not even sensitive !! I started tampons a very long time aho never had problems...

Please help me I genuinely want to use it I have no problem inserting and removing it... And even though I can’t really verify it i’m pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the cup’s position in my vagina...
