Implantation??

Hi, just looking for insight. My last period was due 8/18/19 and started 7 days late on the 24th. However It lasted about 3 days. It was just spotting the whole time, except day 2 it got a little heavy for a few hours then went back to spotting. My period usually lasts 7 days. I don’t have any other symptoms other than maybe just cramping and tired, but that’s normal. This was about a week ago. Should i test or leave it? Is it possible this was implantation or just a weird period?
