Ovulation test help!

I started my period on the 18th August and finished it on the 24th. I started to test ovulation on cd8. I got the darkest the lines have been yesterday on my test but not quite a positive. I tested twice yday last around 5pm. I tested today twice and now it’s even lighter again? It is possible I missed my surge or that I haven’t even ovulated yet? As it was darker yesterday but still a neg result but now is lighter today? So confused please help 😐.

Also to add I had very light pink cm/ spotting when I wiped yesterday after I tested (pictured). I’ve also had cramp like feelings in my lower stomach today and yday.
