Painful Sex

I’m at a loss. I have had pain with sex ever since my daughter was born almost 6 years ago. The only position I can comfortably have sex in is missionary. Any other hurts. It feels like he is hitting a spot that sends a horrific shock of pain through my abdomen. And I ache for days after. It is not my cervix though. It’s very shallow, about 2-3 inches inside towards the upper part of my vagina. The obgyn has no idea what could be causing it. We’ve tried a million different lubes and foreplay. No help at all. I’ve been tested for stds, infections, PCOS, endometriosis, etc. All negative. Help Me!!!
