Not Napping!!!

My 6 month old has decided naps are beneath him. His little eyes have bags under them but he refuses to nap. He will cry and fuss for an hour. Or today I put him in the pack and play and he just chilled. Never slept but he didn’t cry or fuss. I don’t know what to do but by 530p he is so exhausted from not napping that he is just a bear to deal with. He sleeps great at night. 11-13 hrs. Not straight as he is still breastfeeding but he dream feeds never waking up. Is this phase normal? When will it go back to napping?
