Potty training woes

Sooo...still trying to potty train over here. Daughter will be 3 years old in 3 months. I had her wearing nothing yesterday and she held in her pee til the MOMENT I put her pull up on for her nap. 🤦‍♀️ today I have been running her to the bathroom because she needed to poop, but she held that in til she got her pull up for her nap as well. I told my husband I am going go go cold turkey starting tomorrow and not put her in pull ups AT ALL anymore, and see what happens, but my husband is concerned that I am trying to force potty training on her and that she just isn’t quite ready yet. She will tell me when she is wet/dirty and will ask to sit on the potty, she wiped her own butt and pulls at her pull ups if she has an accident in them, and obviously will hold it all in if she isn’t wearing one, so I think taking the 3 day potty training regimen is worth trying. Could I be wrong on this tho? Any thoughts/suggestions are AMAZING 💞

UPDATE: Sooooo....she went all day without panties or pull ups today and she FINALLY just now pottied....in her play tent. 🤦‍♀️ good news tho, when she did, she COMPLETELY freaked and did NOT like it at all. So I had her help me clean the mess and explained to her that we use the potty for her “ewwws” as she calls them. Then I had another idea to still take her to the potty like usual, but maybe put her kid potty IN the play tent temporarily while she is inthe living room...maybe she is just shy and doesn’t want me watching her or feels pressured to potty? We shall see...
