I’m adopting a mini pig and I wanna surprise my 7 year old, I’ll be bringing my piggy home in 5 weeks, but in a couple weeks I’m am going to see him and talk to the breeders. Should I bring my son with me when I go in a couple weeks to see the pigs and tell him which one is his or wait till I can bring the pig home and surprise him then?? 😁😁😁😁

I would wait. I have a 7 year old niece who lives in the apartment above us and if we told her that soon about something, we would hear about it 50 million times a day until that day arrived.

I’m so jealous! I want a pig! I’d have it be a surprise because waiting that long can be hard for a young child. Unless you have a plan to do some kind of “countdown to piggy” that could help make the wait more fun and bearable. You will definitely be hearing “when are we getting the pig, how many more days, etc”
