Kids in daycare

Parents always say it gets better but does it really? I’m a SAHM and my son is 2 1/2 and a huge mamas boy. He won’t even sit in the church nursery with me in with him he just cries bc he thinks I’m gonna leave him. It breaks my heart but I really want to get a job but I can’t bc I know my baby will scream and cry for me and make himself sick.. what do I do 😭😭 I can’t just throw him in like that. Everyone says it gets better but I really don’t see how especially with my lil man
