WTH!😢

Does anyone know what the hell this is? I haven’t been able to get rid of it! Someone told me razor bumps but I’ve had this for about a month now and they itch like wild and then will stop and will hurt and then get white heads and I pop them and more show up. I exfoliate and keep them clean and stopped shaving. Idk what to do I refuse to wear dresses now because of it I have a doc appointment next week but I feel like it just keeps getting worse. It’s making me no longer want to be intimate with my boyfriend or anything I’m so grossed out by it.
