What's an OK age gap between couples?

In your opinion an age gap should not exceed how many years?
Any experience in dating/marrying someone much older/younger than you?
Any feedback/advice?

As long as your both adults who gives a fuck🤷🏽‍♂️ it’s a personal choice for everyone. But if a 19 year old is with a 40 year old and they are happy then good for you. I don’t see a problem. It’s not my relationship so not my place to say if it’s okay or not.

It depends on how old you are. I met my boyfriend when I was 18 and he was 22 but if we met when he was 18, I would have been 14 and that's creepy and illegal. 🤷 I wouldn't want to date someone too much older though because if we did end up together for the long run I wouldn't want to be a widow at a really young age if they were a lot older.

Depends on the person and I think is not a big deal when you’re a legal adult. They say half your age plus seven as a rule but I don’t think that’s the best test either. My partner is 13 years older than me and it works out well for both of us. I’m well into my adult life with a career so it doesn’t bother me to have an older partner.

it’s vary from person to person in what they think is okay. if both people are adults then there’s no problem. i find it pretty creepy when very young women are with wayyy older men, but still not really my business. i think once you are over the age of 25 people don’t really care about age differences anymore.

It’s a personal choice. For me, I would never date someone who was closer to my oldest brother’s age than mine (my brother is 9 years older) but that’s me. My husband is 3 years older, so it worked out for me.

I was 18 turning 19 and my boyfriend was 23. We split, and 5 years later we’re back together. I’m 23 and he’s 28. We seem to work fine 🤷🏼‍♀️

I can see how going over 10-15 years could cause some issues with being in different places in life so that would be my limit, but more still works for some people. I want to grow old TOGETHER not become a nurse. 
Now.....if you are like 16 posting this thinking of going out with a 26 year old or something.....please don’t. If they have any respect they will at the very least stay away for a few years. Anything else is a red flag.

Me and my now husband started dating when i was 18 and he was 22... So 4 years different. i’m now 24 and he’s 28 it hasn’t changed anything

Years when your an adult doesn't really seem to matter if you love each other or seem to click. The only time it's not right is when it's a minor and there's a significant gap!
