Weight lost tips?
Hey girls! I’m 5’3 and currently in the tang of 108-116 pounds! Big gap I know but I haven’t weighed myself recently! Being short and my weight usually results into my tummy being more noticeable. I want to know some weight slimming workouts / foods you guys suggest. ATM I’m happy with my body but would like to improve it. much love girls! 💖💖
