Hi ladies!

I’ve been struggling to gain the motivation and discipline necessary to lose weight for a long time. I have difficulty with self-control when it comes to food and also sticking to a plan. So I’ve decided I’m done with that. Telling other people is usually helpful for me for finding determination because that means others are holding me to my goals as well and it feels more real when I’ve told someone else about what I’m doing.

So this is it. I’m finally going to lose the weight I’ve been wanting to for a long time. I’m not crazy overweight, but I’ve been wanting to get rid of the bit of extra stomach and leg fat that’s been making me unhappy for a while now, and I’m ready to change that. I’m going to improve and do what I’ve always wanted to do for myself so I can be happier and more pleased with the body I already love and appreciate. This is going to be a big step for me and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!
