I never did with my 4 pregnancies.

Didn’t have until 6 months and then it was just severe back and pelvic pain.

The only one I had was heartburn and that was not even all the time

I didn’t have morning sickness. Not many cravings. Minuscule heartburn. I do feel winded more frequently though.

So far both my pregnancies I've had symptoms. But everyone's different. Some people dont even feel pregnant at all.
