Torn between my bf and his homeboy

Okay you guys, my bf and I have been together for almost 3 years now and within those three years it was great we had fun and you could tell we really actually loved each other but a couple months ago he been treating me really different, he’s becoming extremely mean and rude and says stupid things and me as an insecure female I take what he says into consideration into trying to change myself to make him like me better. So recently I was introduced to his friend and his friend is extremely nice, he’s caring and he’s a complete gentleman unlike my bf he has dreads (complete turn on) anyways he had brought us to the airport and he was doing all the things my bf should be doing basically my bf has me carrying all my things by myself while he sat in the car and his friend came up to the room and grabbed the stuff and carried it for me, I know this is extremely a small gesture but with all that he treated me like I was his girl or something and like extremely extremely nice like ways my bf never even treated me but basically what I’m trynna say is I’m not in love with my bf nor his friend I just feel like I might have feelings for his friend a lil just because of the way he treated me... anyways y’all help am I wrong for feeling like this?
