Advice ASAP

I woke up about 4 days ago with bad uti symptoms a lot of burning and I had antibiotics I saved from previous doctor visits just to save in case like now i have no insurance! Next day I woke up with a lot of itching so I also had anti fungal cream vaginal inserts and I’m on day 4 and I’m miserable. I been doing the medication everyday like the bottle says and seems like the symptoms go away but hours later they come right back ! Idk if it could be something more serious?!
