Is 21 to young for a 27 year old?

I met this guy who is 27 years old. He does have a child with another women, and from the relationship a lot of bad things stemmed. He is now in jail for 30 days, he has to pay child support because the mother of the child has a retraining order. He has all these issues but he is the hardest working person i’ve met. He is super sweet, I have had a couple of rough months and despite knowing him for such a little time...he has been able to help me get through it. I’m just not sure if the age is a bad thing and I’m not sure about the baggage...
