Soooo Confused

Ok so my periods have been regular for almost a year now until This month 😫. My period was due on Sept 2nd still has not came yet I took a test on Sept 6 and it was a Bpn now I am 10 days late and is experiencing pregnancy symptoms but I’m not sure if it’s period symptoms smh my symptoms are sore nipples which I get sometimes for Af, my stomach has been hurting and cramping off and on for the last 5 days I had headaches and very moody and when I lay in my bed let’s just say it’s morning when I wake up a couple of dizzy spells at the end of August which was weird omg sorry for the long post I’m just so confused and don’t want to face another bfn 😫
