Rash??

Hi Everyone!! This little rash popped up last night and is still hanging around this afternoon. It feels a lot like dry skin, not really raised bumps. The redness seems to come and go. Getting red when she is laying or playing on her back and looking less red when she’s not. Does anyone have experience with anything like this? She does not have a fever, she’s been her normal happy self all day, she been peeing/pooping normally and eating normal. Thanks!!!
