Douchebag husband

I’m 5w6d today & I woke up bleeding, every time I stand up, blood fills my underwear (tmi I’m sorry) I went back to bed & told my husband, he didn’t seem to care. Once we both got up (he was going to work & I was making our son a bottle) I told him I needed to go to the doctors. We only have one car & no one knows I’m pregnant expect my sister so I have no one that could take me expect him, still didn’t seem to care & went to work. I called him an hour ago & told him I’m most likely losing the baby, I keep heavily bleeding bright red & im cramping. All he had to say was “alright” I can’t stand him right now!! What should I say back or do?? I’m lost & heartbroken
