Bleeding stopped already?

Question

I was told by one of the nurses following y second C-Section that they clean you out really well and I may not bleed as long. I've stopped bleeding at 9 days PP, anybody else??

My bleeding was super light after my first c-section, though I don't remember how long it lasted. I only bled, again - super lightly, for 2 weeks after my second one. It's been really great to only need a panty liner. There's one upside of C-section recovery, I guess!

It’s been weird for me as well I stopped bleeding 3days pp but than started again after 10 days and it lasted for 2-3 days than went dry again for few and came back again really strong dark and slimy for 2 . Now I’m exactly 6 weeks pp and it’s just lightly spotting and brown in color so I assume it’s the end of the road. I’m breastfeeding as well and I have to say I never experienced discomfort with uterus cramping while my son was latching.

I was told the opposite, you bleed longer because you didn’t have the natural contraction process, and I bleed for a long time about both my c-sections. Probably 4 weeks? I always joked that I didn’t miss any periods while I was pregnant, I just got them all in a row after baby was born.

I can’t remember how long a bled. By I remember I was on normal size pads by day 3 and on pant liners by the end of week one. I would recommend keeping s panty liner in cause it will continue off and on randomly. :)

I stopped at 5 days OP and had what looked like my menstrual cycle at 3 weeks pp

I’m 15 days pp and the bleeding overall has been super light

Nope. You’re lucky. This was my third and first csection and I had the longest postpartum bleeding with this one.

I stopped at 14 days! And didn’t get my period until baby was 18 months old!🙏🏼🙏🏼 hoping to be that fortunate this next time around.
