Milk supply tips
Hey mamas. I breastfeed and supplement with formula/solids. It seems as if my milk supply has gone down and is slowing decreasing and the mere thought of not breastfeeding anymore makes me cry lol. I just am not ready to stop. Baby just turned 6 months old and I want to breastfeed until he’s a year old. Any tips for increasing milk supply! Please let me know! 🙏🏼
