Thoughts on baby Vick’s?

My lo is sick for the first time & she won’t let me use the nose sucker so she’s having such a hard time breathing 😩

Saline and the Nosefrida combo are the absolute best at breaking it up so you can get a lot of it out faster.  And if you’re having any coughing issues my pediatrician recommends a little natural mixture that coats the throat to break up mucus, the mixture is actually exactly what’s in the Zarbee’s cough syrup.  We usually opt for buying that rather than mixing ourselves and I believe they have an infant one as well.  Hopefully your little one feels better soon!

I got the baby saline, I put a few drops into his nose, and it loosens everything up. easier to suck out. my son absolutely hates us going anywhere near his nose, but its necessary. 
you could also try the boogie wipes, they have saline in them. 
the pediatrician recommended the baby vicks as well. 
and get a cool mist humidifier. we just got one, the blue safety 1st 360. 
it was on sale at Amazon a few days ago.

My baby has a full on meltdown about the saline solution and snot sucker too, and I hateeee doing it BUT it's worth the fight. My doctor said baby Vicks was fine but nothing is going to get baby feeling better like the snot sucker. The Vicks just may help them sleep a little better.

my LO is just getting over his cold and i used a combo of saline drops, snot sucker and zarbees cough syrup. at night i used a cool mist humidifier and put baby bucks on his feet with socks on

Vicks worked well with my LO. If you can get them used to the sucker it will work wonders. The amount of snot that came out was unreal! We also used a humidifier for my LO and tried warm baths. We filled the big tub with super hot water to make the steam then put her tub in with warm water. We had her bath thermometer to make sure it didnt get too hot. We did a bath every night for a week like this.

Humidifier full blast and baby Vicks on his feet. Followed by saline in his nose. The nose frida at least once a day. 
We used brand: zarbees. It had lavender and eucalyptus. It wasn’t harsh. I put a bit on his feet then put his socks on him.
For some reason I really like this brand for my son. We were so desperate when he was congested.

I put baby Vick’s on my sons feet than socks on and works awesome. Also do it with my older kids when they are sick.

Worth a try. 🙂 you can try saline most too. She’ll probably scream but it might help.
