Workout during first trimester
Good morning ladies of Glow, what are some safe workouts to do while pregnant 🤰🏽? I’m used to doing 2 hour workouts 4 times a week. I’m guessing I need to cut back, but have no idea what I shouldn’t do. Is the stair-master a no go 🙅🏽? Should I just walk?
