plz help

Alright so this guy I’ve been seeing recently found out he has eczema... on his penis.... and we’ve had sex like 5 or 6 times. We’ve only used a condom a few of those times (no worries I’m on birth control and we’re both std free). For the times that we didn’t use one- is that going to affect anything for me in my vaginal area? Like I know eczema isn’t contagious but can it cause irritation for me? I’ve tried googling the answer to this but haven’t come up with anything.
