blood after masturbation

i’ve only been with one person, after our first time..noticed blood on condoms. i wasn’t in any pain for the most part so thought nothing of it... we hooked up a couple more times all in which i experienced the same results, i was so embarrassed by it i ended up ending things.... getting the job done myself has been alright, but this last occasion was 🙄🥵 however i noticed blood once again???? is this normal?? should i be concerned????
