Canker sore at 13dpo

I had a bfn two days ago, waiting to retest until tomorrow. I have a canker sore and am wondering if anybody else had this before their bfp?

In a quick google search, I saw that some women experienced this as well... but want to hear from some of you lovely ladies! :)
