Current tantrum HELP!!

My 4 year old kept throwing his tablet so i took it away. Hes having a full blown tantrum cause i wont give it to him and im not going to at all for a while. I have tried calming him by talking and time out and hes just not listening. Im seriously going crazy this has been going on for almost 30 minutes.
