Anyone know what this could be? My 2 year old son has had this on his face for about 2 weeks, I’ve tried putting creams on it but it doesn’t seem to go away.

It could be either eczema or ringworm, i used to get them all the time when i was like 6-12years old. I used very heavy prescribed cream.
He also kind of looks like he might be licking the side of his lip (i did this too) it was an anxiety thing though.

Looks like eczema. Try keeping a layer of cream on it at all times and avoid using soaps there. You should start to see improvement after a few days. I've had best luck with Aquaphor on my LO.
