Autism Mamas? I need advice 😔

My daughter has autism, it’s not the most severe form but her dr, her dad and & I are fairly certain she has it .. but they can’t make an official diagnosis until she’s older (she’ll be 2 the end of December)

How do you deal with the screaming fits? She can go on for hours and nothing I do helps 😔 she won’t let me hold her, she won’t take a bottle, she won’t take her favorite snacks, she won’t play, she just wails and screams and goes stiff

It’s breaking my heart .. I feel horrible I can’t comfort her and I can’t make her stop 😔

I know noise is one of her triggers but lately, especially the past week, every little thing sets her off .. her dad & I both try to make her feel comfortable and safe during her fits but she just won’t have it 😔
