Unable to carry to term

I have been pregnant twice for past year, both which I was unable to carry to term two sons I’ve lost. Our most recent lost was Friday & now my SO will not speak to me. I went through the miscarriage process by myself because he was away & I kept him updated but when he flew back he said nothing, didn’t even ask me how I was doing. Now my numbers blocked & I’m at home crying my eyes out because is he blaming me? Does he think this is my fault? I feel like I’m loosing my mind
