Can barely pick up my daughter 🙈
I’ve been doing a workout boot camp to get my ass back in shape since having my daughter.
Two days ago we did 100 push up/plank combinations. Sets of 10 with 10 second rest in between.
GIRLLLLL my triceps and shoulders hurt so bad I literally can bend my arms all the way or extend them all the way. I can’t believe how limited my movement is - it’s pathetic lol I can barely pick up my baby girl!!!
When will this extreme soreness go away?!?!
