grrrr....

This may be a bit long, I apologize for that.

Me and my sons father recently went to court. He petitioned for full custody & Lost, resulting in Joint custody. (We are in Arkansas.)

Last week when I went to pick up my son, there were 2 police officers standing on the street when I pulled up and told me “you cannot pick him up at this time” and proceeded to tell me about how My sons father got “Temporary custody” until we go BACK to court in November. I pressed him HARD to find out how in the world he managed that, and it’s because I’m currently engaged and pregnant to/with another man... it’s called “cohabitation” (Which wasn’t even brought up in the first court date so I don’t understand why he pulled it out of his ass just Bc he didn’t like the final hearing🙄🙄🙄)

My sons birthday is coming up (I scratched out details that are personal/private), but of course now with the temporary order, I can only see him weekends. His birthday is on a Tuesday. I messaged his dad just asking nicely if I could see my son that day. His dad works Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm. So my son goes with his dads mom (so my sons grandma) to her work. She’s an in home CNA for a very sweet older lady. (Which I do not think is appropriate seeing how this old lady get pneumonia and other sickness easily).

If it seems like im being “nice” I promise I’m not TRYING to be but at the same time I have to make myself look like I’m not trying to cause problems for court.(🤣)

I don’t know what else to do!! I’m definitely not askin everyone for advice, cuz I get plenty of unwanted advice Bc I’m in this situation to begin with. But MAN I needed somewhere to vent to!!!! This stresses me out so much, and what’s even more odd, before he even FOUND OUT I was pregnant again, he had no interest in going to court because we had our own routine we had going and it was going good!! When we first split, our son was only 2 months old. That’s it. But we still acted as adults and did what we had to do... and now?🤣 Lord knows I can’t get engaged and pregnant with another man.

*** I should also add, the entire pregnancy and relationship with this (my sons father) man was HORRIBLE. I mean, my lawyers are now using the card I was trying to avoid and it’s all the police records we have against him & he has against other people (all who are willing to go on the stand again him. ****

***oh and an edit rlly quick, he won’t let me pick my son up anymore, because he simply knows my new fiancé will be with me during pick ups due to all the times I’ve been threatened during said pick ups. isn’t that freakin messed up???? Like, my sons grandma says I “should just stop bringing around *new fiancé*” but ... i feel like he should just control his anger and stop threatening me? The cops have been called on him before and I’ve always tried to be very civil cuz my son deserves his father AND mother
