Question ab Court
Baby daddy has had a lot of police records filed against them but I was stupid and never pressed forward with charged so I always dropped them. I’m wondering if I could still use those in court when it comes to proving him a danger to our kids? we have 3 of them, and he doesn’t do anything to take care of them he always pawns them off to his mother. just at a loss right now and trying to find anything I can use please comment
Edit to answer question in comments:
No I’m not just trying to keep them away from their father, it’s actually the other way around. I live on my own and I’m pregnant with his 4th child but he doesn’t want anything to do with me or the baby because he has a new girlfriend. The new girlfriend grew an attachment to our sons, and he allowed it but he won’t let my boyfriend who’s been here through this whole pregnancy since my 2nd month be apart of our kids life. he says horrible things to me all the time, he’s threatened to kill me before, and I have lots of text messages of him saying he doesn’t want anything to do with me nor our children (it was before his girlfriend came around). I believe his intention of wanting our kids back are wrong intentions. I’m not even fighting for full custody, we are goin to court for join. but I wanted to know if I can use those reports due to the fact we take weekly turns with our son as of the moment and he refuses to let me have my son because his girlfriend “wants more time with them” so he keeps them for 3 weeks at a time.
