I’m one of the unlucky few that does not lose weight while breastfeeding and am desperately looking for a way to lose the 40+ lbs I gained by February. I have been doing trx and going on long walks in the evening with my husband and kids. The weight just isn’t coming off. I was on Omad/keto for over a year before becoming pregnant and gave up my diet bc it wasn’t safe for baby and ballooned. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
