Endlessly Thirsty
My 5 month old is EBF and since starting breastfeeding I have been more frequently thirsty. Lately though I have been intensely thirsty. I’ll be drinking and thirsty. Thirsty right after I finish drinking. I can’t seem to keep up.
I drink at least a gallon (128 oz) of water a day, usually more. Has anyone experienced this before? I feel sick if I don’t have a drink of water every 15-20 minutes, I’ll get a headache and nausea. It just seems ridiculous.
