Help a girl out ! Partner completely uninterested in sex

So my husband and I have been together for a good 5 years now but he has never ever made the first step. It was always me. If I don't approach him for hanky panky he just won't . He could go a full year without doing it honestly. I love him so much and it makes me miserable . Makes me feel unattractive even though he says I'm attractive etc... What can I do to change this ?
