Helppppp!!! What is this tissue? 5w4d

i had a Pap smear the day before and according to app I am 5w4d. The next morning I sat down to pee no pain nothing for a few seconds and I stood up to see this on top of toilet paper. It was slimy/tissue looking I was afraid to touch. Had a little mucus maybe. Ran to the doctor and she said cervix looked fine. If there was no bleeding or cramping I’m okay but did US right after and nothing in sac yet. They said it might be too early or days are off if I ovulated late. I’m stressing to know what the tissue looks like. I’m at the point where I’m afraid to sit on the toilet again. It was size of nickel
