Should I go ?

So today my dog had peed on our tile floor, I had no clue she had used the restroom on the floor till I had slipped on her pee, so long story short I had ended up falling flat straight on my tummy hitting the chair . I asked my husband for help... But he was using the bathroom at the time and he thought I was just being dramatic joking around. So I literally struggled for 2 mins to get off from the floor. When I finally got up I started getting heavy sharp pain in my low abdomen and I'm still in pain. And my husband didn't even bother to ask if I was okay he was to worried about what our dog did. He told me not to make a big deal about it and that I'm fine and that I don't need to go to the hospital and he won't take me to the hospital to see if everything is okay. I'm still in pain should I go to the hospital ??
