Nurx Issues

Have any of y’all had any problems with getting your prescription refill for next months cycle? My packet has 2 days left on it and my refill was supposed to get here on the 26th but when I checked Nurx it said that it hadn’t even processed yet. The messages from them also said that because of high volumes they are experiencing longer than usual processing times of 2-5 business days... the issue here being that the initial “Hey! We’re preparing your refill” message was sent ON THE 13TH. It’s not like my bf and I don’t use condoms but what the frick. I should have my birth control!
