Clogged duct

I breastfed my daughter for 16 months and never had this problem.
I woke up this morning to feed my two week old son and found a clogged duct. It’s on the top of my breast and is SO tender.
I need your tried and true remedies, please! I’m SO afraid of this becoming mastitis. 🥺
