Im in pain 😭 HELP

FTM ! Been breastfeeding my 6 DAY OLD.. and also pumping ... but TODAY i woke up with massive pain on my breast but specially on my left side. It is so hard to the touch .. and very painful even without touching. It feels like i have HUGE lumps on top of my breast

Is this something i should be worried about ?

What can i do ? It hurts 😫😫😫😫😫😫i dont even want to try to pump or breastfeed 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
