No longer have a period so how do I log?

I’ve had the iud (kyleena) for almost a year now and just recently stopped having a period. As much as I’d like to say I love that, I sort of hate it. I never know where I’m at in my cycle and I do trust my iud, but always having that “whew I’m not pregnant” feeling every month when I saw my period was reassuring lol so how do I log it? Just randomly each month or????

Also, my strings are inside my cervix and I went to the doc a couple weeks ago because I was freaking out that I couldn’t feel them (on top of no period) and I was thinking the worst. She did a check and couldn’t see them herself so we did an ultrasound and my iud was snug right in place (thank god). With that said, how am I supposed to check each month to see if it’s moved? Without strings I’m kinda scared honestly. I really don’t even know what to do about that. Any advice?
