Skyla Iud HELP😭

So Ive been pregnant off of the iud this past February and ended up losing my baby. They never fixed the iud or anything and me and my boyfriend were recently having sex and I got this super bad pain and it felt like I was being stabbed or someone was poking me with something super long in my groin and after that my body has been weird I got sick, been nauseous every morning throwing up, having horrible mood swings I never get them, nipples hurting and a weird sex drive making me not want to have sex and I love sex. I'm confused and I have an appointment Thursday to get it removed because I'm just really not sure about this iud... Help idk what's going on with my body or maybe one of you guys have felt this before!!!
