ADVICE 😅

So I just had my IUD removed in August 2019 (2 months ago from now) i was on birth control for 2 years. I started my period a week after the removal and it was heavy. I’m suppose to get my period this week but my husband and I started having sex without protecting ourselves two weeks ago since we’re trying to have a baby. My question is how early can you detect pregnancy symptoms and how long does it take to get pregnant after IUD?
