Constipated help?

Currently 10 and a half weeks pregnant and I’m so constipated is this normal? Also anything I can take to help?

Try miralax daily until you are able to go. Also start taking fiber daily. My first pregnancy the constipation was awful. Once I finally was able to go as long as I took the fiber gummies faily I didn't have anymore issues!!

Before taking medications that may mess up your stomach in the long run, try drinking room temp water water first thing in the morning & a bowl of mini wheats or oatmeal.

I tried colace but it didnt help. I am taking milk of magnesia like twice a week. 30ml. I am severely constipated too, I will feel good if I could go atleast twice a week. Milk of magnesia helps a lot for me. But ask your doctor first ❤️
