Cramping!?! Misscarry?

I’m 6 weeks and a couple days. I’ve been having cramping and today it’s pretty and to where my back is hurting from the cramps. This is my 4th baby. I’ve never misscarried and I hope I don’t but I never got cramps like this with my other 3. I’ve been super stressed lately my mother passed away then 2 weeks later my niece passed away. So you can imagine right.
If you misscarried what were your signs. So far I have no bleeding.

With both of my losses I cramped hard for about a week before I started bleeding. When I bled is when I went to the dr because they wouldn’t do anything otherwise.

No it’s normal. You’re most likely okay, don’t stress.

Some cramping is normal because your uterus has to stretch to make room for baby later. You could also be dehydrated or it could be from stress. I wouldn’t worry about it unless there’s bleeding. You could also always just call your ob and tell them you’re having bad cramping and would like to be checked.

Constipation can cause some heavy cramping too. I had a combination of uterus cramps because of the stretching and constipation from week 5 until week 8. Sometimes it was so painful, I cried. Baby was doing fine, though. 
So yeah, cramping doesn’t automatically mean the worst. Try to relax a little, but if you’re really worried, you could always call your doctor.

When inmiscarried I had absolutely no signs. At all. No cramps no bleeding. 
Cramping is somewhat normal. And different pregnancies are different. 
But I find a lot of women have cramps that get worse when they’re dehydrated, which is very very easy. So make sure you’re drinking twice as much as you think you need to.
